Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 medium Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • pinch Salt pinch Salt
  • pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper.
