Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red Onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley

  • 1 Lemon 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
