Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • 1 large head Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon 1 Lemon
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, zest and juice of half the lemon, and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary sprigs.
  4. Bake salmon and broccoli simultaneously for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  5. Garnish salmon with chopped walnuts and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
