Rosemary-Lemon Baked Salmon with Turmeric-Roasted Broccoli

- 2 Salmon fillet
- 1 large head Broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Lemon 1 Lemon
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 cup Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, zest and juice of half the lemon, and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary sprigs.
- Bake salmon and broccoli simultaneously for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Garnish salmon with chopped walnuts and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
