Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sirloin steak
  • 7 oz Shirataki noodles
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  4. Add the rinsed shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.
