Spicy Korean Beef & Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry

- 8 oz Sirloin steak
- 7 oz Shirataki noodles
- 1 medium Bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add the rinsed shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
